What happens next

  1. We read it and reply

    Within two working days, from a named person — not an automated acknowledgement.

  2. A thirty-minute call

    Scope, seat plan, your cost base and the questions the website did not answer.

  3. Contracting pack issued

    MSA, BAA, NDA, Information Security Schedule, Technology Baseline and Schedule A commercials.

  4. Readiness audit scheduled

    Bay, controls, connectivity and screening. A gap list is issued, not a pass or fail.

  5. Day fifteen — wave one live

    Ten seats on live production, with daily hypercare for the first ten business days.
